Once your order has shipped we cannot make changes to your shipping address. However, you may be able to update your address on the USPS website using your tracking code. If we receive your package back due to an incorrect address, the order will be cancelled and refunded and you will receive a notification. Shipping fees may apply!

The billing address for an order cannot be changed once the order has been placed. If you receive an order confirmation email, your order has gone through and there is nothing to worry about. As long as your shipping address is correct, your order should be received without any problem.

Yes, there are two ways to do this. If you opened an account with us, please login (top right corner of the page) and change the email address associated with your account. However, if you checked out as a guest, please request this change by contacting our Support team with your order number, original and new email addresses.

There is a simple do-it-yourself fix for this seemingly messy situation. Simply place a piece of soft paper towel over your shadow pot and press down with a hard, round, flat item. Voila!

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Please make sure you have entered the promo code correctly by copying and pasting the code into the coupon box to avoid typing errors. Other reasons that the promo code is not working could include: only one promo code may be used per order and/or the promo code does not apply toward shipping. Please note that there are no double promotions; an additional promo code will not apply to an already discounted item.

Yes; in order to view order status and history you will need to login to your account. If you do not have an account, you will receive updates (such as order confirmation and shipping) via the email address you provided at check out.

An account is not necessary to shop with us; you can check out as a guest. However, there are benefits to creating an account such as faster checkout and the ability to track order status.

Never miss a promotion by subscribing to our newsletter for the latest specials! Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for discounts on items ordered before or after a promotion period as this would not be fair to all our customers.

The total shown at checkout is in USD (U.S. Dollars). If you use an international payment method, your bank or credit card provider may charge foreign exchange fees over which we have no control. It is best to check with your payment provider before you order as we are not able to cancel or change your order once it has been placed.

Occasionally, if a credit card transaction is declined or otherwise incomplete, a pending charge may appear on your credit card statement. However, this is nothing to worry about as your second, completed transaction will register and the pending change will disappear from your statement within a few business days ensuring only one payment is processed.

Delivery

We know that once you’ve placed an order you can’t wait to get your Rhyme on! We make every effort to ship within 48 hours. During high volume periods and special promotions it may take us a little bit longer. Shipping status will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout when your Rhyme is on the way!

Rhyme is sent via USPS. If you haven’t received your order, please double check the address on your shipping and delivery confirmations. Please contact the Support team if you find a mistake. You may also have received a delivery notice early, your package may arrive in the next few days. If you have nice neighbors, it may be worth checking with them too, and your local post office.  Still a case of the missing lipstick? Please contact the Support team.

Rhyme ships via USPS. Shipping is automatically calculated using the best rate available. We do not charge for handling and we do not add to the cost of the third parties we use.

If you see Unfulfilled Order Status your order is in process and has not yet shipped. Once shipped, it will change to Fulfilled/Shipped and an email will be sent to you with a tracking code.

International orders take more time because packages have to travel farther and go through customs. Please be patient as international orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. For update information, we recommend that you check your local courier’s website or with your local post office using your tracking code.

Yes! We deliver to any USPS accepted address including PO boxes.

International orders are subject to customs and duty fees in the country of arrival. Since each country has its own parameters, we are unable to provide information regarding import taxes and fees. Rhyme does not collect any foreign duties or fees and does not assume any responsibility in regards to duties you may incur for shipping outside of the U.S.

Processing your order in our facility is done as quickly as possible. However, we do not control delays while the order is on its way to you. The only information available to us is the same as that available to you via your order’s tracking number. Please note. Domestic orders may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. International orders may take up to 21 business days to be delivered. If you haven't received your order beyond these time frames contact our support teamwith your order number.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you opened a Rhyme account you will also be able to see the tracking number for your order under Account Details -> Order history.

At checkout you will see the available shipping methods. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, please subscribe to our newsletter for promotions, specials and newly upgraded services.

For domestic U.S. addresses, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For International addresses, shipping may take 10-21 business days. If your order exceeds the above, please contact our Support team.

Yes. However, arrival at your forwarding address and the condition of your order is not guaranteed. Your order is not eligible for replacement of any kind.

We currently ship only to the countries listed below. If your country is not on the list, please check back and subscribe to our newsletter as we plan to spread Rhyme around the world! The countries we ship to are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Yes, we do ship to APO addresses. Please follow these instructions carefully to make sure your Rhyme is delivered.

1. Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include his or her Unit on Address Line 1.

2. Make sure to use one of the following City field abbreviations set forth by the Military:

APO: Army Post Office

FPO: Fleet Post Office

DPO: Diplomatic Post Office

3. Make sure the Region field is assigned a State Code, via one of the following abbreviations:

AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)

AP: Armed Forces Pacific

AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)

4. Include the country as UNITED STATES as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds can only be issued to the account used at checkout. You may wish to check with your bank or credit card provider for more information on how to reroute the funds to the desired account.

Undeliverable USPS packages will be returned to our warehouse. Once we physically receive your package and confirm that it was undeliverable, we will issue a refund to your account less shipping charges if applicable. An email will be sent to notify you. Orders that are returned to us cannot be reshipped.

Please see our Return Policy above; as all sales are final, unauthorized returned packages will be refused.

Our automated system will send you an order confirmation via email right after you check out. In periods of high order volume such as during promotions, emails may be delayed. If you don’t receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours please contact our Support team.
